mizuno 10k run

ok the run was fine.

didnt get to train for a week.

but my timing improved by 5 minutes or so.

alright i guess.

they sucked at organising.

baggage sucked, goodie bag collection too, and the starting and end points were just too congested.

not to mention it rained and everything was muddy.

i was pleased with today i guess.

at least she wasnt nasty to me o.o
