its impossible in the real world do be nice and friendly because the world juz wont be nice and frenly to u. ruthlessness and quick wit coupled with tackfullness and a false smile. now that would get you far in the business world. haha.
even i cant say im totally nice and friendly. say a normal businessman has 30% "realness"
i try to at least have 80%.
its juz hard. no matter how much you do. its not worth it. time to wisen up.
